As the titles states, any idea about this estate? Is it good for family with kid ?

The Copper Valley Vue part flooded a few years back, issue was sorted by the council I think but worth checking to make sure.

Thanks for the heads up, I would rather avoid the place, might actually look in castle janewood rather.

Flooded once at the front,, they put in a double speed ramp at the entrance, no problem since, its a nice estate and very close to Brooklodge and St. Joseph's primary and Glanmire Community school. Depending on where you are, you might have a walk uphill to the very back of the estate, or on the flat near the front.

Castlejane Woods - a very nice estate. A much bigger mix of house types - apartments at the very bottom , 3 beds townhouses, 3 bed semis 4 beds semis and 4 bed and 5 bed detatched as you go right up to the top entrance. You would be walking at least half way up Barnavarna Hill coming out of Glanmire, which might be a consideration.

The location of the house type that you are looking at, might make a difference to you.
