Reactivation email tab not evident

Hi Im using a Samsung tablet and cannot post on general topics. Apparently my account needs to be activated. I registered a few years ago and cannot see how to receive a reactivation email? Ant help appreciated

In principle there should be a pop up message notifying you of this and offering to resend it. But there's been a fair few reports of this not appearing.

Thanks for the comment there Spear. Nil pop ups on this side, tried with two browsers - Samsung Internet and Google Chrome and no luck with either.
I'll keep trying anyway
