Can mods delete the previous thread as it was posted in the wrong section with the wrong thread title.

A report in the Express (UK) on November 15, 2021, said that the Queen had expressed her fear that her ‘dignity’ could be compromised if secrets from the diaries of Lord Louis Mountbatten were revealed, Lownie, who had published The Mountbattens: Their Lives and Loves in 2019, had alleged a colossal wastage of public funds (£6,000,000) by the Cabinet Office in court battles to resist the release of the Mountbatten Diaries, no doubt the Queen would have no problem covering up the abuse of children and denying the victims justice for the sake of her own "dignity" if the diary did contain any information on the abuse.

No doubt aul Lord Mountbatten is still lauded as a hero and a man we should all look up to, but is there more to the story the British prefer not to speak of?

One of the former high ranking MI5 operatives who recently featured in the Miami showband documentary also exposed other dirty tactics of MI5 like a VIP paedophile ring that existed, one of these homes was the Kincora boys home in Northern Ireland, this is no long conspiracy it's a fact but there is another very credible theory that Lord Mountbatten (the queen's cousin) was a paedophile who would regularly visit these homes, some of the victims of this VIP paedophile ring claim they were visited by a man who looked identical to Lord Mountbatten, they only realised this after he was all over the news after his death.

An FBI dossier on Mountbatten, released in 2019, thanks to a Freedom of Information request, reveals shocking information about the royal who was a mentor to his grand-nephew Prince Charles, The 75-year-old intelligence files describe Louis Mountbatten, the 1st Earl of Burma, and his wife Edwina as "persons of extremely low morals" and contain information suggesting that Lord Mountbatten was a pedophile with "a perversion for young boys."

Mountbatten was also had a very close relationship with Jimmy Saville, that means nothing on it's own but combined with all the other evidence most of which I haven't got the time to write it's quite suspicious.

The FBI would have little reason to make any of this up seeing as though they didn't release it to the public and the UK is one of their greatest allies.

One of the very brave victims speaks out about the elitist paedophile ring in this interview recently with Channel 4

The eminent and indefatigable historian Andrew Lownie has been battling for more than four years, spending £250,000 of his own money, trying to get the Mountbatten diaries freed from censorship. He’s the author of The Mountbattens: The Lives and Loves of Dickie and Edwina Mountbatten, which has already exposed their couplings, and recently a five-day hearing before the First Tier Tribunal in London was held to decide if they can finally be published.

”No one should be blocking public access to archive material of great historical significance,” Lownie said, “which the university of Southampton purchased using public money and for which tax income was forfeited.” He also suspects that Prince Charles, for whom Louis, his great-uncle, was an idol and mentor, has something to do with it.

Roger Smethurst, head of knowledge and information at the Cabinet Office, said in evidence, “Protecting the dignity of The Queen and working members of the royal family by protecting their privacy in truly private matters preserves their ability to discharge their duties in their fundamental and central constitutional role, not least of unifying the nation (as was seen during the depths of the current pandemic).”

He added, almost as an afterthought: “Despite its age there is some information within the documents held by the university which, if released, would compromise the UK’s relations with other states.”

And all you have is a YouTube video?

    Ok.

Did you read the thread at all? Didn't see anything about the FBI dossier on Mountbatten released in 2019 under the freedom of information act? Didn't see anything in the thread about claims from victims of abuse at the Kincora boys home that they were abused by Mountbatten?

Please read threads fully before making false claims.

You provided one link (to a YouTube video) and paraphrased the content of other sources without providing urls. Why not?

I didn't want to fill the thread up with links, if anyone questioned the claims they could do a simple Google search but fair enough I'll provide some links.

American intelligence officers began compiling the dossier in 1944 after Mountbatten was named supreme allied commander of southeast Asia

A NEW book on Lord Louis Mountbatten claims he was involved in the abuse of two teenage boys at Kincora boys' home in Belfast in the 1970s.

Tomorrow is the 40th anniversary of the death of the earl who died when the IRA blew up his fishing boat off the coast of Mullaghmore in Co Sligo on August 27, 1979.

The Mountbattens, written by Andrew Lownie, includes interviews with two unnamed men from the Kincora boys who describe being brought from the home in summer 1977 to Mullaghmore where Lord Mountbatten was on holiday.

The men, who were both 16 at the time, claim they were abused by the earl, an uncle of Prince Philip, according to a report in the Sunday Times.

One of them, known as Seán, recalls being driven from Kincora to the earl's castle in Sligo where he was abused by a man.

He said he did not recognise him as Lord Mountbatten until he saw a report on the TV news two years later that the earl had been killed.

The second interviewee, referred to as Amal, claims to have met Lord Mountbatten four times that summer on day trips from the home in Belfast.

He said each encounter lasted about an hour and took place in a suite in an hotel by Mullaghmore harbour.

"He was very polite, very nice," Amal is quoted a saying. "I knew he was someone important. He told me he liked dark-skinned people, especially Sri Lankan people as they were very friendly and good-looking."

Everything I posted apart from the first paragraph is copied and pasted from those articles, I can provide more links if you want?

Rumours of Mountbatten’s homosexuality and paedophillia have circulated for decades especially in the 70s in Northern Ireland and border counties in the Republic with his group of gay friends allegedly referring to him by the nickname ‘Mountbottom’.

Until the last ten years or so though there has been little evidence to back up the rumours.

Are we supposed to be interested in whether a decades dead member of the extended British royal family was a pedophile or not ?

Her Maj would wet herself if she was a Boards member and read this, and in her Platinum Jubilee year as well. 😁😂🙄😀🤣

What exactly is the point in raising all this now when the guy has been dead over 40 years.

Even if true, it's old, old, old news. No-one is interested, or do you just get a kick out of it?

The rumours are openly discussed in the UK. Never seen any 100% cast iron evidence, have hears loads of circumstantial though. I have repeatedly heard about that children's home.

It's a bit like in thr 80s, loads new about Saville but did nothing, can guarantee they never left their daughters on any of his shows.

The victims of abuse by Mountbatten, people born in Ireland and other victims of the paedophile ring he was involved in are still seeking justice to this day, I would hope that people would care about them, but then again maybe not.

The British government and MI5 repeatedly covered up and denied victims of Kincora justice by refusing to release files and vital information.

Ah aul Jimmy, one of Mountbatten's closest friends.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,037 ✭✭✭Harryd225

That's a horrible statement to make, Mountbatten may be dead but his victims are not. Victims who were born in Ireland who are still seeking justice to this day. Mountbatten may be dead to us, but he lives with them everyday.

Apparently Mrs Mountbatten liked a more coloured variety of penis in her life.

During talks with Nehru on India regaining their independence from the British, three of them ended up in bed together!

A funny old way to be determining the future of a country but we're all different I suppose!
