Mortgage Broker

Hi All, just wondering if you deal with a Mortgage broker do you have to pay them if you don't end up going with them? I have been dealing with a broker but ended up going directly to the bank as I got better deal. Thanks

Some of them charge fees for the application, yes.
So even if you don't get a Loan Offer, they might charge you 250.

Others don't.
