Has anyone ever experienced this before? My mileage has not changed in over a month with the à constantly there. The line beginning with the number 7 only appeared yesterday.

    To be honest I haven't a clue,

But nobody else has replied to your post so I will hazard a guess that the LCD screen on your instrument cluster is goosed. As in the instrument cluster itself is broken.

Only thing I can think of because the odometer isn't turning, and all the letters on it when they shouldn't be

    Is the speedometer working?

Thanks for responding, appreciate it! Yeah I was thinking that myself & saw there's a place in Rathcoole but that's too far away from myself unfortunately. Would you know roughly the price to get it fixed? I'm not a fan of putting more money in the car than it's worth tbh haha

Yeah everything else is working with no issues it's literally just that part of the dashboard & my NCT is next week, typical!

Easiest thing to do is clean the PCB and reflow.

I expect if you disconnect the battery it will reset...
