Cycling from Red Cow Luas Carpark to city center

You could go down the Naas roas to Woodies and take a left and then on down the Killeen road to the canal, near park west.

There's a cycle lane alongside the track towards the RedCow Hotel and then theres a bridge/overpass to take you across the road. Then not so nice, either in the bus lane or foot path for maybe 500m to Woodies, then think regular roads to the canal.

Once you hit Suir Road the canal veres south, but continue on along the side of James hospital/Fatima and then through the back of Guinness's. Depends where you want to go after that but there are routes to avoid the worst traffic.

One alternative if you want to avoid the Naas road, is to go north over the blue bride, Monastery Road, Woodford Hill, Woodford Walk and hit the canal there.

As somebody else said - check in the bike forum - its a few years since I used to cycle near there.
