Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Does anyone around here know if Irish Rail used to run services from Docklands through the Phoenix Park tunnel before the pandemic? Need to start commuting again soon and it would be so much handier than Connolly.

No, I think all the PPT services started at Grand Canal Dock or Pearse.

The current layout of Glasnevin Junction does not allow for a train coming on the line from Docklands to access the Phoenix Part Tunnel line. The two miss each other. A large scale remodeling of the junction would have to be done to allow such services as Docklands to Newbridge.

Have a look on Google Maps. Search for Cabra Kayak Club and you will see the two junctions.
