Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm considering a Rose Pro SL (rim brake), looking for opinions from owners.

    In particular:

    Thanks.

    Hi

I have a Rose Pro SL (rim brake) with 105 since 2017. I wouldn't be an expert but I think it's a great bike and very comfortable for long rides. I also have a carbon Rose X-Lite 6 which in theory should be more comfortable on rough roads but I don't notice much difference. The X-Lite is twitchier and and a little lighter (with discs) but I think the SL is great on long spins. The rear on the SL can take a 28 but clearance is just too tight on the front (top of tyre to fork). Good luck if you go with it.

Note newer model might be different!

Friend has one. It's now his second bike. Lovely bike in fairness
