Really really stupid threadmill question

    Hi All


    I’m running on the threadmill over the winter. How do I change / know what my pace is in miles per minute ? I was doing intervals and set speed at 6.4 kph on the flat for 2 mins and then 9 kph at 2 % grade for 2mins - rinse and repeat. Is there a way to convert to miles per minute ? I’ve googled but not with much success. tks

    On a different note anyones screen taken up with ads ? on the phone and it’s head wrecking - not happening on any other site . It’s taking up 1/3 of the screen 🤷‍♀️
