Any ticketmaster outlets in the city? i think the one in Merchant's quay is gone - even though its still on google maps etc

I think Pro Musica on Oliver Plunkett Street. I have vague memories of them selling tickets years ago.

There are no Ticketmaster outlets anywhere. They have stopped selling that way.

Seachurch in Ballycotton have refused to refund us €19.80 in a booking fee for 2 tickets we bought for Tony Hadley

The moved the concert to a Thursday night and were were unable to attend.

If they've moved the date, they are obliged to offer a refund, by law, I would have thought.

Not having this protected in law could allow for some serious scamming. Let's say I advertise a gig for a Saturday night with a €20 booking fee. After selling out the gig, I then move it to a Monday. Suppose 100 people decide they can't go on a Monday : I make €2000 on unrefunded booking fees!

Surely that can't be allowed?

(I'm not suggesting that this is what Seachurch did but it's shltty of them to not refund the booking fee and, if it isn't illegal, it should be)
