Imo, those guys have a lot more road than the zero covid crowd, some are saying that the restrictions have been lifted thanks to them, others are saying it's just the start of the next chapter towards to the great reset but what the hell can the "no international travel until 2025" f**kers say?

The anti vaxxees are also celebrating today, they held firm and didn't give into pressure on getting Jabbed for the sake of going to the pub and today they have as much freedom as anyone else and the dogs on the street could see that business was way down in pubs and restaurants during the covid certs regime

Quite possible. This is the break between waves that we should have got in summer 2020 and spring & summer 2021 which almost all other countries got to enjoy. It only feels like "freedom" or "the end" to us since we haven't had a taste of it in nearly 2 years.

I think the general public felt the cert system was a fairly harsh punishment. Most countries allow people into places with a test result.

It seems people are copping on to the scapegoating dynamic in Irish public life, which rapidly rotates between targeting different groups.

One day unvaccinated people are the feared villain, then it's 'all men', et cetera et cetera

I'll start by saying that I am vaccinated and boosted and that the vaccines have been incredibly effective at minimising severe illness and death.

Now to your two statements...

If being advised but not legally compelled not to travel but doing so anyway was breaking no rules and therefore OK in your eyes, what rules were broken by people who were advised but not legally compelled to tale a vaccine choosing not to take a vaccine? An abundance of inconsistency.

by not taking the vaccine they are more likely to take up an ICU bed if they get ill, meaning they have unnecessarily taken up an emergency area of the hospital.

that is why the anti-vax lot have to be encouraged to get it, so as to keep up herd immunity.
