Crèche closure due to covid but still asking full price

So not a great year but Crèche has been closed more than open so far so one of us has to stop working to looking after the kids.

Not only do we have a reduced income but Crèche is asking full price for services we can't use, I would have expected COVID social welfare for staff who cannot work and as such a reduced rate.

Is anyone else in this situation?

With my creche, there has been just 1 pod closure that effected us over the past few months and the creche reimbursed the lost time

Are they also recipients of government related subsidy?

Are they paying their staff when the place is closed?

If they are getting gov money and not paying their staff the. there isnt a hope i would be paying.
