Just picked up a 300W inverter for E30, they also has a 20V impact gun for E80, plus a few other thigs

Not even close, kettle circa 2,000 watts. Think laptop, soldering iron and the like

To be fair, it has a set of clamps with it so I can see where the thought came from. 300w isn't the same as 300A though, so no I wouldn't think this would jump a car.

Id say it'll go into a glove box or boot and never again see the light of day in most cases.

Those battery chargers are excellent...Id give it 10/10......can be used for 24v battery also. It a great FAST reliable charger. Can't remember how much it cost but money well spent in my case.......ive used it 3/4 times in last year....no complaints.
