    Hi all,

As per the announcements 3 weeks ago it looks like houses built pre-2021 will be able to apply for the SEAI grant. But on the seai website the houses built pre 2011 are only eligible. Am I missing something?

From what I'm reading they havent changed the restrictions on solar panels on the roof. It's still 50% of the roof am I correct in saying that? Ugh I wish they could change this outdates restriction. Anyone knows anything on this?

Also good news we will be paid to export the excess although I know it won't be much.

I have a heat pump and thinking of solar panels but if I can only get,for example, 2kwah install it's not worth the hassle. Unless I can get a bigger system installed.
