Hi There ,

I have been looking for a house for a time now and at the moment I have 2 options available (probably fortunate enough )

A) Celbridge :
++ 3 bed Semi Detached
++ 115 sqmt
++ 71 sqmt Garden
++ June 2022 possession
++ 3 other friends are buying the property together

B) Balgriffin
++ Next to Balgriffin Inn.
++ 3 bed mid terraced
++ 112 sqmt
++ 71 sqmt Garden
++ Immediate possession

Price is same for both
Connectivity to M50 is same for both.

From interiors perspective Balgriffin as rooms are cut properly and every room looked spacious however it is a 3 bed Terraced .

Few details about myself :
Age 32
Working in IT and offices would be near Grand Canal Dock or Sandyford

Can you please suggest pros and cons and which one should I go for ?
