So this is in on the licence section of my rsa.

I currently have a learner permit that will expire in a few months but will soon hopefully have full driver's license all going to plan.

I submitted whatever medical reports were required when applying for the learner permit. Done test and all with it.

So are there any possible glitches then moving from learner permit to full licence with this 101 notation or where exactly is it coming from??

Is it just needed for renewal/moving to the full licence

It just means that a medical examination is required when renewing the licence. I have beside 8 of the categories on my licence (various truck/bus combinations).
