Does anyone know the recipe for 'shredded chicken in a spicy fruity sauce' that you can order from any chinese takeaway? Or does it go by a different name because I've tried searching online and can't find anything. Thanks!

Our local does a crispy chicken with lemon or orange sauce.

They may be using either Duck Sauce or Plum sauce as the missing ingredient you are looking for. Most Asian shops will have these
