I did it in store today, 329 if you buy it with a sim or 229 when you port your number over. Pop into Three before the year ends before the offer runs out.

You have to port over in store yes, and top up minimum €15. Buy the phone for €229 and then simply port back to 48 soon as you can. Phone is yours.

Thanks. I'm on GoMo so the 5G doesn't bother me. I see Tesco mobile are selling to the 10 Pro for €269.99 which isn't bad. I have been checking Amazon also as they usually do deals for Xiaomi phones but it's temporarily out of stock at the moment on there. I will have to read up on them more. Would the 10 Pro have a much better camera?

Bite the bullet. local store was out of stock so ended up ordering online through three website. they promise next day delivery but didn't happened in my case due to the holidays. ordering online the bonus is that you don't have to pay for the top up. just select a plan and when option comes to customize it just choose later. so the final price will be €229.

Its a good one. Is it best? People could argue either way. Samsung Axx's are also decent. There are reasons to avoid Xiaomi potentially.

The review overall is good to very good, the only major thing is the display. There are two displays mounted on these phones: Tianma (delta) and Huaxing (pentile). It looks like the Tianma is lower quality. I am curious to see, who purchased it, what display is fitted on Three batch. Also there is a thread on XDA forum regarding this.

I have ordered one of this, (to port back the number to three) just now I got a message that it was shipped :( I thought the order will be cancelled. I remember a few years back, it was a very good offer for Samsung A40 €80, when arrived, it has a factory assembly defect, the LCD was not glued properly. I organized a replacement, but instead of replacing it, they refund the cost of it, saying to buy it again for €180....
