Reconcile Payslip

For a job that has an annual salary of €30,000, 21 annual leave days and 7.5 hours of work Monday to Friday how do you reconcile each months paycheck?

Fro starters do you work out an hourly rate and if so how do you calculate it?

No, the gross. Pay is monthly but the number of hours will vary from month to month. I'm wondering how others reconcile an job with an annual salary to a monthly gross paycheck to make sure it is the correct amount.

You're going to be paid the same amount each month regardless of the hours worked that month.

If you’re on an annual salary, and paid monthly, then there is no reconciliation.

Your monthly gross will be the annual divided by 12.

Yeah it would be a simple divide by 12.

It's an annual set salary.

No payroll department will calculate 28/30/31 day month differences. For each and every employee.

Does your contract state an hourly rate? If not then you're on a salary then your gross pay every month is going to be 30,000/12 = 2,500. Your annual leave or hours worked won't come into it.
