Used cattle mats

Anyone here bought used cattle mats?
I was thinking of getting some for the weanlings to lie on in the lie back area as they are currently on sawdust covered concrete.
Obviously they'd need to be disinfected before use, but any other reason to avoid them?

You’ll be doing well go get used mats to fit your slats. Make and size etc.

something that was suggested to me but we never got round to looking in to was try a quarry for old rubber belts off graders and the likes, in theory they should be cheap if not free and should be able to put done a line or to of them on the lie back and bolt them down
