NCT Visual Fail....post NCT servicing?

failed test due to fault warning light showing for tire pressure (even though pressures themselves are fine) & wear on one of the seatbelt rings. Anyone know any garages on Dublin northside/Clontarf area that would sort these relatively cheap? So far I've seen prices around €45 for post NCT services but not sure if that level of service would even be necessary.

Tyre pressure warning light you can reset yourself, the process will be in the manual.

Not sure about the seatbelt issue; presumably that requires the belt to be replaced. This can be cheap or quite expensive, depending on the car. And you may or may not be able to do it yourself. Is it a front or rear seat belt?

The €45 post NCT service is likely just a visual inspection to tell you what's wrong and how much it'll cost to fix.

Rear belt probably doesn't have any pre-tensioner or other fancy gear on it, which means it's usually just a matter of getting out the socket wrenches. If you're not comfortable doing it yourself, then any independent garage can do it, shouldn't cost much.
