Vodafone Annual Price Adjustment for Bill Pay

Just read on the Vodafone site that any consumer or business account with a Bill Pay contract since July21 will have their monthly charge adjusted every year in future. One of the terms is that you agree to the price increase so they aren't changing the terms by increasing the price by that amount.
Three have announced a similar 4.5% flat increase each April as well today.
