Xbox one FIFA 2022 Ultimate edition

Looking for some help here guys. Son has xbox one and has asked for FIFA 2022 Ultimate edition from santa. Its apparently only available as a digital download? how does this work? is it available as a disk that he can insert into his xbox or if not how is santa meant to bring a digital download?

ANy help would be great to a game fearing ludite like myself.

Simplest way: Click in there above, click "Buy", log in with his xbox account, pay for it, and then you're done. This can be done the night of, if you wish to avoid it appearing before the big day. On the morning of the big day then, you can tell him that it's in his list of games.

Another way to do it: Click in there above, click "Gift", log in/create your xbox account, provide an email address for the gift code(if you want it to be a surprise, then not his), pay for it, check the email address you provided and the code should be in there. You can then give him the code in a letter or something.

As to how to give a digital game, I'd recommend getting Santa to write a letter, and include in it the fact that the game is in his list of games. I get someone with good handwriting to write it, mine's shocking 🤣

A further recommendation, make sure to download/install the game before hand, otherwise he could be waiting a while for it to start.
