Watch relume service

Can anyone recommend a good watch relume service? Its for a Tag Heuer Professional 2000 which is over 30 years old. Had it serviced a few times and works fine but luminesce completely gone. Ideally EU, but if someone has a good experience of dealing with UK shops post brexit then feel free to chip in.

Very hard to find someone offering the service IME. There is a lad in Greece called therelumer and I've not used him so can't vouch for him but he seems to do ok work.
