For start, MikroTik RBLHGR&R11e-LTE6 is not just antenna, it is AiO modem-router-antena. It is LTE CAT6 so fairly dated. Even if you could achieve its theoretical max speed with it, LAN port only support 100Mbps
What router you currently use? ISP ? Distance to the mast? What speeds you have now peak/off-peak ?

What device was used to measure 300Mbps ? Only guessing it was a phone, with higher LTE category (make and model?)
Your peak/off-peak ratio is very good. Somehow i have feeling you hit limitation on router capabilities and not your signal, but i could be wrong.

B535 -->> LTE CAT7, if not mistaking 2CA 2+2MIMO at most
Gal S20 -->> LTE CAT20, have no detail, but guesstimating 5CA 4+4MIMO
Dont think Three have any restrictions/filtering applied to how/where you use SIM.
You swapping SIM test not quite fair from technologie point - same speed yes, but router have antenna attached, phone use internals.

In case you have any doubt, I have worked in a setup where they had both Poynting XPOL-2 4G and MikroTik LHG LTE6, you will not see any noticeable difference, the LHG does have a bit better gain on the band 3, but the modem on it means you would never see 100Mbps, but it is great for long distance.
Like others have said more to do with the router, so say you wanted to go with Mikrotik device, would be better getting a Chateau than changing antenna, but Huawai have better LTE modems available too.
