Is it good idea to buy Expensive house next door to social house ? and Is it difficult to resell it?

Unless this is your forever house then you need to think about reselling it, if you are thinking about this so is everyone else, I know it would put me off for sure. Run away is my advice.

You are right in this any neighbour can be bad , you dont have control over it and majority of Social neighbour will be good neighbours. But the Do you think there is no issue in buying house worth 420k next door to Social house and there will be no issue in reselling ? it will be as good as buying next to private property and will have same value as next door to private property? and If you have to buy then will you not consider next door social house at all ?

The prospective buyer mightn't know it's a social house if it's maintained similarly to all other houses.

I would love to know how many of the rule makers are living in the mixed estates they are imposing !

I should also add, that if theres 1 Social House there, there is a possibility theres more as consequence to Part 5

True that. And most of them are maintained well. The gamble is that you'll be beside one that isnt. Then you can kiss goodbye to your half a million euro.
