    It seems obvious that the so-called 'petty' rule was introduced because there was a nuisance amount of unreturned bukes over the years. Threatening failure to graduate would kick some of those lazy arses into line.

    I sincerely hope the petty rule isn't rescinded.

    She said they emailed her college email which she didn't check. In other words the dean was supposed to call around to her personally and politely remind her of the fine. And then withdraw the fine and issue a grovelling apology after she threatens to talktojoe
