Medical Secretary Salary

Hi all, I'm keen to know what medical Administrator/secretary salary people are on? Currently I am 4 years in the GP practice and brought 3 years previous experience with me and I am struggling to get them to give me a pay rise, my current hourly wage is €14 an hour. Tia
