    Hey folks been busy with work for the last couple of weeks so haven't played since the Halloween Spooktacular but made my comeback tonight.

    Minus 6 on Hickory Creek a course that definitely suit me as I've mentioned before my putting is abysmal.

    Couldn't get close enough to hole putts as it was long irons and fairway woods into almost every green.

    Well played Jim Burnley, great score.

    Really enjoyed the current course, and started to get to grips with the back swing timing now. Felt like my best pro am with 11 birdies, a few bogies unfortunately but still v happy with -8 overall.

    Hi everyone. I have decided to leave the Boards.ie club. The main reasons are (1) that my PS+ subscription has ended and I have no plans to renew it and (2) is that I am drifting away from PlayStation.

    Anyway, even though my playing wasn't very good, I am happy that I took part and have zero regrets trying it.

    Best of luck to everyone competing and hopefully the Boards.ie club will continue to grow.

    Played Greenore just now. Lovely course and greens weren't too bad.

    Finished -11 after bogeying the 2nd.

    Again well done to @duploelabs that is unreal scoring.

    I've played some courses as Amateur (good scores) and some courses as Pro-am (average to woeful scores!)

    The society in game settings don't seem to override my own difficulty settings so i guess we are all playing at different levels?

    What level are the rest of you playing at?

    I have the society difficulty mostly set to open (whatever settings you choose to use) bar a couple like putt preview and pro wind vision. Then for each event, us the base society rules but can tweak them like for pro am events, I'll set it to Pro Am swing or else I'll leave it at swing open. I think sticking all events at pro would put people off even though it does seem a good challenge.
