EV home charger repair

Hi

Does anyone know a company which can repair the home charger in Dublin / Kildare. I had a bad experience with my old installer and I don't want to call him. Its a Zappi 7Kwh Charger. Any suggestions welcomed....

When you say repair, is it physically damaged? Or just not working and you don't know why?

No I haven't tried, but they are UK based and don't think they have any technical support in Ireland

I'd still give them a call, all you can lose is the cost/time of a call, they may be able to help you snag

Is the display working? IE is there power to it?

Make sure it says FAST and not Eco (1 leaf) or Eco (2 leaf). If it's 2 then there may not be sufficient solar to turn it
