Do you never tire of being wrong?

"Newly released Joseph Rosenbaum sex offender documents obtained by Wisconsin Right Now from the Pima County (Arizona) Clerk of Courts confirm Joseph Rosenbaum was charged by a grand jury with 11 counts of child molestation and inappropriate sexual activity around children, including anal rape. The victims were five boys ranging in age from nine to 11 years old."

Since, as you admit, it had no bearing on this case at all, it's hard to fathom why you would be so committed to defending a child rapist that you would beclown yourself with easily disprovable statements.

“Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience." ~C.S. Lewis

If someone entered my house and started attacking me, but I fended them off and eventually killed them to protect myself; would this person then be described as my victim?

I've no idea what the punching girls line is. It doesn't seem to have gained traction as a story so it must be very poor material given the desperation.

Just from that night alone he exemplified what solidarity, empathy and service to the community are about, that society is about more than the individual.

He isn't a saint, no one is but he certainly has stood tall for those who cannot.

Whatever else he has done in life that 24 hours will always be a credit to him.

It's gone past bizarre at this stage.

Will twist the world just to make sure the working class boy gets put in his place, right or wrong.

No pasaran to the Gatlings of this world.

Still fighting back after all these years.

In fairness you are coming across like Franco's intolerant brother.

That's your business, I'm not going to bother delving into your wider belief system but can you not understand that you are coming out with some jaw dropping posts.

    No, nor should you.

My friend is married to a Spanish woman, her father was a prominent Falangist in Madrid at the end.

He was vocal and defiant up to his dying day. Credit due on that confidence and commitment and not caring.

Did that defiance drive the politics or your politics drive that defiance.?

Always wondered that but how do you ask at a wedding?

Over 26000 posts on a discussion board where you don't care what any other person thinks?

    Why would you bother?

The media, at least one side of it, have been slamming this judge all along as incompetant, bible-thumping, bias, racist, etc.. etc..

The judge has been receiving threatening e-mails, faxes and other messages. Have the media incited violence? Isn't that how this works now?

"Enjoy your term, judge, it's going to be your LAST. If I ever meet you in person, I fully intend to spit directly into your face, regardless of the cost. You're disgusting".

"Your Honor, I didn’t know that under your black robes of justice you wear a white robe of the klan," another message said, according to the outlet. "There is no way a fair trial can be heard under your supervision. Better yet, resign."

Apart from the usual suspects in the US, CNN et all, Even Ben and Jerry's (Yes the ice-cream) have said that this trial exemplifies a 'racist' justice system. The problem is they never include the why. Could anyone that wants to see Rittenhouse rot explain exactly why the judge is so racist etc.. because I have been watching the trial and all I can see is him trying to be as fair as possible and the prosecution not making it easy. I mean they even tried to make Rittenhouse look bad for exercising his 5th amendment, in front of the jury. This is something that a prosecutor absolutely should not do and he knew it.

Right, okay. But the point is that whatever articles or videos or social media posts you're consuming are leaving you very badly informed. To the point that you find yourself repeatedly trying to protect the character of a convicted child rapist.

The truth has been reported - the issue is the outlets you've chosen to permit to be part of your info system.

The behaviour of the media has been disgusting.

The judge made a big error allowing the last photo (which wasn't a photo) to be entered as evidence by the prosecution, because he didn't understand what it was and the defense didn't understand it well enough to put in a proper objection, and it ended up in a situation where the prosecution were pointing at something that was not a picture from that night and testifying themselves about what it was. Which is... not right. And the defense dropped it when they were winning the judge over, which was borderline negligent.

I think the odds are still in Rittenhouse's favour for acquittal, but if the jury comes back with a conviction or deadlock the defense can file for mistrial with prejudice on the back of Binger's behaviour. Not sure if the judge would grant it, but the 5th amendment faux pas basically guarantees an appeal will be granted in any case.

I think it would be an injustice if the self defense plea weren't granted, but you never know if the Jury are reading the same sort of media as Gatling in their spare time.

Anyone who has watched more than just the news headlines of this case cannot reasonably say that Rittenhouse is guilty of murder. Just look at the video of what happened, it was kill or be killed and he had milliseconds to react.

Also OP, how exactly can you say that he was acting on the stand, that looked like a genuine panic attack to me....

I think its pretty disgusting too but the OP probably saw this tweet from LeBron James or read one of the numerous articles citing it. In fact the OP was written within a short time of this tweet. People are very easily influenced these days.

But like, the same was true of Chauvin..

Yer man was having a heart attack 5 minutes before chauvin went near him..still sent down to appease the mob..

The weaponization of the justice system like this should scare people, but they cheer it on..

Of course they cheer it on. Killers getting what the deserve is the point of justice.

It's an interesting point, but I've seen very few of those same people clamouring for accountability over any of the other killings that happened during the "summer of love" riots in the US.

But he didn't kill him..he died of a heart attack..yeah, it was unfortunate he was restraining him like that, but he was a big guy and he was thrashing around violently..

I don't see how it is relevant:

Kyle Rittenhouse crying or not crying or faking crying.

Whether one of the guys was a pedophile or not.

Commentators in the media trying to create a racial aspect to the incident for clicks.

Why are these talking points? how are they relevant in determining whether murder or negligence or self defense took place?

And the jury concluded that the expert that testified he died of asphyxiation was more credible. The doctor who treated him said he died of asphyxiation, a pulmonologist said was much. So it's pretty understandable that the jury accepted that conclusion.... Chauvin is far from a victim and was a public danger.

The epitome of a disgusting coward hiding in a crowd.

And yet more evidence, why many of the people who attach themselves to these movements like BLM antifa etc are not looking to bring any kind of positive change to society. They are merely using it as a conduit to disguise their true motives in life. Hateful thugs, who drive a fake societal movement in order to wreak havoc on society!

People then assume that anyone who is opposed to something like BLM, must automatically be a right-wing racist. When in reality, many people simply have their eyes wide open and see them for exactly what they are.

Just because you might fall loosely on the right politically, doesn't necessarily mean your motivation for fighting back against these scum is politically or ideologically motivated.

Perhaps people like Rittenhouse, simply don't like cowardly scum who go around burning down neighborhoods?

Manufactured outrage, from people with a low IQ and a deep need to have a clear enemy in society to blame everything on.

This judge was appointed by the democrats btw. Remember that.

He's a pussy like the others bating themselves raw at the idea of him killed people and getting away with it not because they were rioting but because the riots were about police brutality against blacks in the kenosha community and across America ,

Too many videos of call of duty comes to mind or just wannabe proudboys ,Klan ,3%ers
