Giant comfort bike fit for €50

fwiw, it doesn't sound worth it to me. Aidan Hammond gives you a spreadsheet of the fit - when I got a new bike the lbs fitted it based on that (swapped the stem iirc). As it gives your stack and reach, that helped inform when I was looking online too (I'm a M/L Giant, but can be a medium or a large on other brands).

A full bike fit recently cost me €70 including video analysis of my position, cleat adjustment, adjustment of bars + seatpost, hoods moved, stem altered (ok I had to pay extra for a new stem).

Aidan Hammond just leveled my saddle, and it was 6mm drop in saddle height! The aforementioned change to stem on the newer bike was only 10mm. Turns out I'm a pretty good fit for Giant M/L sizing! 😀

6ft, but long body for my height - not quite David O'Doherty proportions, but does cause a few issues with clothes (both cycling and "normal").

In my case, the lbs had me up on the bike and did a basic visual fit, so in fairness they should probably take the credit rather than Giant!
