Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Short term (6 months?) personal lease options

I'm in the process of buying an electric car but due to shortages it could be up to 6 months or longer before we get one - it will be through Ford.

Is there any way we could lease a newer car than the one we have for the duration we're waiting for? Car rental like enterprise would just be too expensive.

Don't want anything too extravagant necessarily but a SUV style automatic would be nice to get used to what's coming soon. Right now we're driving a 10+ year old Focus, although it did pretty much fly the NCT recently which is nice.

Had a look at some personal lease websites but all seem to be 2 year minimum.

Why don't you want to just keep driving the current Focus until the new car arrives? Seems a silly waste of money not to imo.
