Remember you don't need to trade in or sell to dealer.

Its also possible to sell your car to the dealer if he really wants it badly enough - and buy the replacement elsewhere.

In my opinion the post 2018 Leafs are overpriced both new and 2nd hand vs what the competition gives you.

€8k for your car if you bought one of the 2nd hand Leafs going for €24k? You're right, not exactly the deal of the century considering there's Leaf40s going for about €2k less last I checked

You could sell privately for €8k and get one of those and pocket yourself a couple of grand. That's if you're interested in trading to a newer car
