Pellet stove issue

I am having an issue with a Kalor Quadra 8 Slimline pellet stove. It was installed about 6 month's ago by a Kalor registered installer replacing an open fire. We are using it a lot as we are at home a lot more over Christmas.

It keeps losing flame and the brasier keeps filling with pellets which requires emptying. We live in a very exposed area on the nw coast. The cowl that was fitted on installation has come apart, could this be reason for the pellet stove issue?

Update on this: had my first service today by registered service man - DANGER TO LIFE - the verdict. The guy that installed it, who was registered installer when he installed it, is no longer approved. The company that sold it to me are no longer agents.

"Condensation t has no cap fitted and is tapped up". Installer fault not supplier/manufacturer fault.

Did fitting the T cap fix the issue? Surprised that would stop the fire from working.

The fire is working. There was no t cap fitted on installation, it was just tapped up. Technician said that although it was working fine there was a risk that it could release flue gases, as there was no t cap.

The report "The flue is not installed in a safe manner as some type of foil tape is fitted to the bottom of the condensation trap instead of a steel 80mm cap. This needs to be rectified as a matter of urgency. The stove is condemned for use until such time as item No. 1 has been rectified. A safety warning label has been applied to it."

I'm having difficulty getting the t. I have a plumber ready to install. The guy who installed it won't answer his phone, the seller no longer sells the brand, the guy who condemned it won't answer his phone.

Can anyone tell me where I can get an 80mm condensation tee cap for a pellet stove? I rang Oriel flues earlier today but they weren't able to help me.
