Seeing as A Christmas Carol is the most adapted Christmas story we've all probably seen more Scrooges/Scrooge type characters than we can count. So I'm wondering who's your favourite Scrooge?

I can't fully decide who myself so for now I'll give my honourable mentions.

Bill Murray as "Frank Cross" in "Scrooged" - A classic Bill Murray performance, the biggest gripe I have with his version of the character is he seemed to soften almost immediately which makes me think his heart wasn't as black as old Scrooges.

Ross Kemp as "Eddie Scrooge" in ITV's "A Christmas Carol" - This is actually an under-rated version of A Christmas Carol, it's a modern day re-telling that plays out a bit like Groundhog day. Minor gripe here is well it's Ross Kemp the acting can get a bit ropey at times.

Guy Pearce as "Scrooge" in Fx/BBC's "a Christmas Carol" - A very strong performance here and a lot more believable and true to the source material. The only gripe here and it's more down to the show's writing is we don't see much of this Scrooge's redemption arc so we don't get the fully rounded Scrooge.

Dustin the Turkey as "Scrooge" in The Den's "A Christmas Carol" - As classic by any standards.... Dustin on top form with is quips and put downs. The gripe here is well he's a Turkey haha.
