Unvaccinated traveling to Ireland (PCR test etc)

I am not fully vaccinated yet (had first dose last week)

I'm aware I need the negative PCR test etc to gain entry into Ireland and the EU Covid cert that comes with it which is fine but will this be accepted in indoor dining settings in Ireland? I hear it's very strict in Ireland currently and hopefully I will not be turned away.

    Thanks in advance.
