Unfortunately, it would be too late.

Current and recently lapsed members were included but anyone joining after the codes/emails were issued at 11.15am this morning won’t receive one.

Ah , alright lads cheers for the replies

Renewed my membership a couple of months ago and got no email! Have checked spam etc.

    Nothing.

    Anyone else experiencing same?

Any ideas if Japan tickets will go on general sale this week? Looking for one of possible.

They've been available for weeks via the link a few pages back. More likely next week for a further release I would say

I’ve flagged this on Twitter with them, I see they’ve helped someone else with same issue this evening already.

Thanks! I emailed them yesterday evening and Barry responded very promptly explaining that I had been removed from their mailing list somehow. He sent me on the link and code so sorted now.

Fair play to him, certainly didn't expect a response that promptly on a Monday evening!

Know him personally, he's very responsive for stuff like that.

Tickets through clubs went out via ticketmaster over the weekend. Deadline for payment is 5pm this evening.

Expect to see a general release online at some time between this evening and Thursday for any instances where allocated tickets weren't paid for in time

TM started invoicing for club sales last week so you've already started seeing returns for Japan and Argentina via the Vf pre sale anyone can access and then there is the IRSC sale today.

Always suprises me how some people can be so clueless about tickets, even on toutless.com you have people looking for Japan and Argentina tickets...they've essentially been on public sale for a week.

That's a bit harsh. Hardly clueless if you're not aware of a Vodafone pre-sale that was barely advertised by Vodafone.

Queue system for supporters club tickets?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 54 ✭✭Sottol

Yeah queue was new but seemed to be lots of tickets. Got 2 for each match ☺️

  • Moderators, Business & Finance Moderators Posts: 7,232 Mod ✭✭✭✭Sheep Shagger

The VF link was posted on here and toutless and people still couldn't get them...seems there's a branch presale at the same time as the IRSC today.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,265 ✭✭✭✭Caranica

Yeah, it moved faster than I expected. Got 2 for NZ. Was originally giving me the gods in the corner of 528 as "best available" but I got lower stand tickets when I specified stands.

Got Argentina through Vodafone link ages ago and am away for Japan game.

Do you think the general rugby attendng public are all on this thread and/or Toutless?

Saying they're effectively on 'public sale' is just wrong. I've huge rugby head fans who aren't on boards and wouldn't use Toutless, they're hardly clueless.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 367 ✭✭OneLungDavy

Just got two tickets for NZ 😁

Expensive but **** it, great seats too.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 719 ✭✭✭davegilly

What's the story with Vodafone presale. Do you just need to be a Vodafone customer? I can't access any tickets for sale through ticketmaster? Any ideas?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,265 ✭✭✭✭Caranica

There's a link a few pages back. You're supposed to be a Vodafone customer but they left the link open so anyone who had it could use it. Ooops

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,265 ✭✭✭✭Caranica

I'm a huge rugby fan and a member of a club and provincial supporters club. All the same this thread, and toutless have been a godsend over the years. I'm pretty sure a Google search brought me here in the first place. It's not difficult to find.

Ok, thats great and you're clearly a huge rugby fan who has their bases covered but not everyone is or can afford to be a member of every club or be on top of every single avenue to get tickets. So to claim most other people are 'clueless' because they're not aware that a single Boards.ie thread exists tells them how to get tickets is a weird statement. Also a lot of people have never heard of Toutless.

  • Moderators, Business & Finance Moderators Posts: 7,232 Mod ✭✭✭✭Sheep Shagger

To be clear I'm not saying you have to be a paid up member of the club but people who post looking for tickets on toutless are clearly aware of the site. Similar to here you get people asking a question that (in this case was the VF link) a few posts up.

IMO if you were really looking for tickets you would do a bit of research instead of posting and waiting for them to be delivered to you. Call me old school.

Anyway, hope people got sorted today between the IRSC and Leinster branch sales.

I managed to get two All Blacks tickets this morning - Block 528, Row X.

While I'm delighted to have tickets for the game, and I will use them, I would consider swapping them both for a single central Premium level or 500's block ticket plus the cash difference. Face value only. I paid 263 Euro for the pair including fees.

    Anyone interested?

General Sale Thursday at 12pm for all 3 games.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8 Martin2021

Friend of mine picked up two today for argentina , immunity compulsory is written on the tickets , surely this wont be enforced?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 839 ✭✭✭antfin

They say that you must provide a certificate upon request so I would guess that it will be spot checks. Although, a scan of the vaccine cert should be quick and easy at the point where they filter people to the correct gates so 100% checking is possible. Given the relative ease I think it should be done and personally it would make me more comfortable in a 100% capacity crowd.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2, Paid Member Posts: 13,727 ✭✭✭✭Exclamation Marc

Yep it is enforceable as antfin said. Spot checks at the gates.

  • Moderators, Business & Finance Moderators Posts: 7,232 Mod ✭✭✭✭Sheep Shagger

So after all day there are still singles with restricted view and €110+ tickets for the All Blacks game, a little suprised with that.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,475 ✭✭✭kuang1

Supporters club membership has to be way down on what it was 2 years ago.

The last game the Aviva had a full heaving crowd was what... The Wales game in Feb 2020?

There's a load of bandwagoner, event junkie types that would ordinarily flock to(or attempt to) a game like the All Blacks.

They've had nothing to whet their appetite in 18 months.

The lions tour meant no meaningful Irish games in July.

I imagine the week of the game it'll suddenly dawn on a lot of people what's actually happening and there'll be a scramble for tickets then.

    Had a look for curiosity

Still a decent selection of tickets available for the All Blacks game from the supporters club.

Ticket pricing maybe dictating sales a bit. No way can I not seeing it selling out though
