    Does anyone know if there are REITs that specifically track Irish Office space?

    Looking to invest in these, preferably via DEGIRO in the most tax efficient way possible

    Looks like I've found my answer - Hibernia REIT plc is an Irish Real Estate Investment Trust (“REIT”), listed on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange. Hibernia owns and develops property and specialises in Dublin city centre offices.

    Current share price loos expensive to me, had hoped it would be down further from its peak.
