Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Signed contracts on Thursday morning - I’m the vendor buyer wants to close on Tuesday. How likely is this to happen . I’ve a few small things to move from house but have arranged for a cooker etc removed on Tuesday . Is it likely new owners will be in place then

Average house sales in this country take 8 to 12 weeks go close out. All of this has to go through legal channels and then the banks for legal Teams for drawdown.

If the other side signed theirs, and bank (if involved) was notified this this week to release funds... maybe. If no - doubt it.

But don't take it from us, it's your solicitors' job to give you an expectation on closing date! They should have told you on the signing.
