    Hi.

I was hoping someone could tell me how to tell which drill bit is for which job. I have loads of loose drill bits but dont know which are for wood, steel, concrete etc.

Is there any way of telling?

    Thanks

Left to right: masonry, steel, wood. Although not all wood bits have the point (called a brad point).
