Form 11 2020 Online Return has no Section for entering PAYE Remote Work Relief

I started a new job last year just as the pandemic began with the job contract specifically stating it was remote work (this was actually negotiated at the interview stage in Jan 2020 and was distance related rather than pandemic related)

I believe I can claim a small proportion of utility bills and broadband but a box or section for this does not appear on the form.

I also believe (from what I see online) that this can be claimed through myAccount. However I need to file a Form 11 return and cannot use this.

Am I missing something or is it only available to those who make returns through myAccount ?

The Remote Working (eWorking) box is on the Form 11 in the Expenses in Employment section, just under where you'd enter flat rate expenses.

By section I presume you mean the greens categories on the left. There is no Expenses in Employment here

Would online Form 11's be customised per user ?

NO, it's not shown separately, you need to go to the PAYE/BIK/Pensions (2) page which is one of the green tabs on the left. Or when you get to the end of the PAYE/BIK/Pensions (1) page hit continue and it brings you to the (2) page and you'll find Expenses in Employment and eWorking there.
