Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,

This is a small development in Sandyford Village. Any comments on 2/3 Bed from location, quality of build perspective.

When all other projects are being sold in less than 1-2 days, strange to find options available in this one. What am I missing?

    https://www.daft.ie/new-home-for-sale/semi-detached-house-4-bed-house-cul-cuille-sandyford-co-dublin/3553185

    Concerns :

    1. Only one bus 44 at a hourly frequency
    2. Shopping centre/Luas 3 KM away
    3. Unknown builder
    4. 1 Parking, no space for future parkings

    Pros:

    1. Nice layout
    2. A2 Rating
    3. Safe location

I called about the 4 bed homes recently; only one (a mid-terrace) available. Definitely more keenly priced than the Sandyford Green ones, hence 5 of 6 sale agreed in Cul Cuille and only 1 of 5 sale agreed in Sandyford Green I guess.

Only one apartment left when I spoke to the agent BTW, so I guess others find the positives outweigh the negatives there! I personally think the location is OK, particularly if you work in Sandyford as I do, the village is nowhere near as nice as Stepaside but seems to be improving with a new fancy grocers opening up.

Thanks a mil. That is an interesting information. Does it matter who build the house and Wyckum Point being sold at 430K while this is 465 with lesser connectivity?
