Also look at PDW Full Metal Fenders. I've them set up 9 months of the year on a CAAD10, no eyelets needed.

Yaw, never trust the first hit on your googlfu. They're a lot cheaper than that, but still very expensive "for mudguards". I've been using the same set since mid-2018, the only bit of maintenance being having to drill out and stick a new rivet in the front brake bracket twice. Rock solid, no flex, full coverage.

Nope, zero noise from them unless you hit a hole so hard that it'll rattle your fillings. I actually bought my set at a good discount on here new unused, but I was about to pay full RRP for a set, just got lucky. As a 12 months of the year commuter pre-covid they're worth every penny IMO. I'd have no hesitation buying another set if something killed these.

Used various different versions of SKS Raceblades, the older ones, the current versions, the Long .. but once you go to a full mudguard for wet riding it's hard to go back to something that makes the compromises they do i.e. not long enough front or rear for foot/leg coverage or stop a plume of spray up behind; the style of the rear meaning you'll probably end up stripping and rebuilding your rear brake once a year; the style of the front only being behind the fork with no front extension, and sending crud straight at your lower headset bearing. But for all that, they have their place too and they're 100 times better than nothing on a wet day.

Can't bate a good mudguard. They were an epiphany purchase years ago. When I see lads out on wet days, looking pro ... and absolutely soaked from their own wheels ... jaysus you couldn't pay me enough.

would these work? They have a lot of sizes and they are in Dublin.

Actually just looking at the ones in the link I gave above from SJS, they are actually 'P' shaped. Strange that as the ones I got are 'centered'.

No - clips for the new frame if it doesn't have eyelets.

Sorry to butt in here, but I'd love to get some proper mudguards on my bike, but there's only about 6mm of room between the tyre and the frame on my bike. I have marathon plus tyres on so I think they are a bit more chunky than regular tyres.
