Housing. is the best use?

Some local authorities assess for senior citizens housing at 55 , there's no mention of how long she's homeless .At 60 she'd probably struggle to get private rented or become employed again.

I'm struggling to understand your point here? That someone working should obtain accommodation before someone not working??

The older type buildings 4-5 storey blocks in dublin owned by dublin city council have one bed flats, designed for single people .i think most homeless people are located in citys where rents are high, plus since bedsits are banned theres lets rental accomodation for single people on low incomes .she was probably in an area where theres not many homeless people .i think dublin city council mostly build 2 or 3 bed units . most people now have 1 or 2 children or no children at all.the council wont give a 1 bed unit to a person with 1 child . of course many women with children live in hotels until they are given a council house

i dont know what an AE is in relation to accomodation .we have the property price register, and all landlords must be registered so how will more transparency help.

i think its a 1 bed unit, its not stated in the article ,it says they are looking for 1 and 2 bed units
