LPT deferral bands confusion

Looking online at the Revenue.ie website the 100% deferral income limit for married couple is euro 30,000 but look at the LPT online forms and it says income limit for married couple is euro 25,000?? The filing date on the Revenue website is November 2021 so it is the correct year? Am I missing something?
