What are the best tv/streaming services for football/sports

Like the title says. I'm not much into it myself but the young lad is.. are there any trade-offs wrt which service is best for some leagues and not others? Looking for internet-delivered services only. Cheers

One Football for Belgian Football.
Footters for Spanish third tier Football. You can watch Barca B and Real Madrid Castilla. See the likes of Riqui Puig and Nico Williams before they make the full Barca and Athletic Bilbao teams.
