Have you tried turning it off and back on again by unplugging at the mains? Does Film4+1 work? Is it a proper sky box with subscription, do you now what model? Any other channels not working?

Strange, not working for me either, but +1 is. Also, I noticed I cannot pause on C4, C4+1, E4, E4+1, More4 and More4+1, even after I plugged the machine on/off.
