Skoda Fabia - Emission Light

Hi all, Hoping to shed some light on an ongoing issue, the emission light is coming on even after changing the lander probe & getting it serviced twice by the main dealer. Anyone experience the same or have any advice? 171 1 litre. Thanks.

Could be anything, it's just an engine management light. Was engine software updated with the new lambda?
