Drunk sex

Can one consent while drunk? It seems that in the last few years, feminists have pushed the idea that one can consent to sex while drunk. There are different levels of intoxication and I'm sure full consent can be given while buzzed on a few shots of vodka compared to being hammered after several pints.

Also, most people have their first sexual experiences while drunk either with close friends or with a randomer at the pub/nightclub. Trying to meet sober people for sex would prove quite difficult.

If one person is heavily intoxicated then obviously no.

Also its not hard to meet sober people for sex if you are enjoyable to be around, and take care of yourself.

I can consent while drunk AND sober. It's getting the other party to do it that's the problem. 😔

The problem is define "drunk". It was never OK (for either a male or female) to make a move on someone who is clearly off their heads/out of it. But, yes, lately there has been a push to promote the idea of a girl can change her mind and "withdraw consent after the fact" the next day if she had a few drinks the night before.
